At NOBLEWORX, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom wooden American flag art and displays. Each piece is made with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you experience an issue with your item upon receiving it, we are here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 865-748-6464  or nobleworx@myyahoo.com. We kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation. If the damage or defect is determined to be our fault, we will create and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not require returns for defective or damaged items.

Custom Orders

Since all of our pieces are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or personalized orders that were made correctly. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
